Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

• Cancel at any time from the Settings page in your workspace. The cancel control is available to workspace admins and takes effect immediately as a cancellation of future billing.
• If you cannot access your workspace, email info@madalamachine.com from the email address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
• There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.

What happens when you cancel

• Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• No further subscription charges are taken after cancellation.
• The current paid month is not refunded. See our Refund Policy for the details.
• Scheduled posts that have not yet been published will not be published after your access ends. Active advertising boosts are managed on Meta and should be stopped there before your access ends.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. The renewal date is the same day of each month as your first payment. We do not send a separate reminder before each renewal, so if you intend to cancel, do it before your renewal date.

Free trial

New workspaces may start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, the workspace simply stops at the end of the trial. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.

Your data after cancellation

After cancellation your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request a full deletion of your data at any time, before or after cancelling, via the data deletion page or by emailing info@madalamachine.com.

Reactivating

You are welcome back any time. A cancelled workspace can be reactivated by subscribing again from the Settings page. Your projects and history remain where you left them unless you have asked us to delete them.
